See http://www.FluorideAction.Net/issues/health So these studies are just another nail in the coffin.

The studies linking fluoride to children's lower IQ are not only at high levels. No US studies have ever been conducted to determine what, if any, harm fluoride is doing to children's brains.

We have over a hundred animal studies showing that fluoride gets into and can damage the brain. there are now 36 studies linking fluoride to children's lower IQ

Many pharmaceuticals contain fluoride precisely because it can get passed the blood brain barrier and into the brain.

These is a serious potential problem. Since fluoride is not a nutrient nor essential for healthy teeth, it should never be dispensed via the drinking water without benefit of an individual prescription based on weight, age, health, need and interaction with other drugs.

For decades we have been assured that artificial fluoridation was safe because natural fluoridation is safe. Now that natural fluoride levels are damaging brains, you change your tune to claim that only natural fluoride is harmful.

It seems fluoridationists practice knee-jerk science. When a new study comes out showing the harm fluoride can do, the fluoridationists get busy debunking it and with lies if they need to.Carol S. These high concentrations are 'natural' in the water by the way. THere is fluoride in most natural sources of water around the world to varying degrees.

I agree that we need to come up with alternatives fluoridating water (i suggest adding it to salt instead so people could have more choice), but this whole movement is shooting itself in the foot by making exaggerated claims unsupported by evidence.

http://oliwasings.wordpress.com/2012/11/12/whats-up-with-water-fluoridation/oliwahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05058584601430010603noreply@blogger.com
